Task 1.2 Organisation of project meetings (M1 – M36)
Task-lead: GLZ in collaboration with Teagasc, WUR, RHEA, INRA, SLU, CNR & PULS

The Inno4Grass project will have six project meeting events in months 4, 10, 16, 22, 28 & 36 which are planned for 2 days each and a Skype project launch meeting with WP leaders at the start of the project (M1) as a kick-off for the work described in the different work packages. It is planned to conduct two types of meetings per calendar-year. A yearly spring meeting (M4, M16 & M28) will combine General Partner Assembly (GPA) meetings, where all the partners meet, with visits of case study sites (WP2). In this context all partners will have the opportunity to visit at least three case study sites. The locations will be jointly selected with the Steering Committee, consisting of all WP leaders and the project coordinator. A second meeting in autumn/winter will combine the Grassland Innovation Advisory Board (GIAB, consisting of eight experts) meeting with subsequent GPA meetings (M10, M22 & M36). The meetings will be organised by the Coordinator. In order to maximise efficiency and effectiveness of the project the GIAB meetings will be synchronised with the GPA meetings (one day before the GPA meetings using the same venue). It is expected that GIAB meetings will last one day requiring active participation and collaboration. The GIAB will be invited on a voluntary basis to participate in the GPA-meetings on the following day as guests. GLZ will be responsible for minutes of all project meetings.
